Day 1: Arrival at Athens

Upon arrival at Athens Airport, your driver will greet you and drive you to the port of Rafina. Depending on the time of arrival of your plane, the possibility of making a detour by the Athenian coast and visiting Cape Sounio - and for those who wish, the temple of Apollo on the seaside.

Once in Rafina, your driver will drop you off at the ferry ticket office, where you just have to give your name and reservation number, which is given in your travel book.

Free time before the departure of the ferry to eat, have a coffee…

Boarding is at least 30 minutes before departure, you can leave your luggage downstairs in a space provided for this purpose and sit comfortably in one of the lounges - cafes or on the ferry bridge.

Arrival at the port of Gavrio on the island of Andros, it's the beginning of the adventure! Your taxi will wait for you to take you to Chora, the capital of the island. There, your local English-speaking guide will welcome you from the installation in your accommodation until dinner in a tavern, where traditional dishes and local wine will be served for a welcome evening.

NIGHT ANDROS – Chora

Day 2: Andros

In the morning, go for a hike strolling through different types of unspoiled green spaces on the island. In the company of your guide, you will walk at your own pace and discover the local culture.

Hiking itinerary:
From Chora and Giali beach, where the river forms a unique natural environment, the cement path parallel to the Pythara ravine goes up to the village of Apikia passing through the main seafaring hamlets and the Andros countryside.
After a little rest and a light lunch, this time we descend to Chora by another paved path, with a magnificent view of the capital and the sea.

Strengths: the "fabrica", the old pasta factory. The medieval stone bridge Leontos (Lion's). The Bistis-Mouvelas tower dating from the 17th century. The Agadaki tower (Apatouria). The Pythara Falls.
Hiking time: 4h / 10km

At the end of the afternoon, enjoy a stroll through the city center, and the warm atmosphere of the small alleys and taverns available.

NIGHT ANDROS – Chora

Day 3: Andros

After breakfast, we follow the old road from Chora to Korthi, the agricultural and commercial part of south-east of Andros until 1950. Explore the most important structures of the Dipotamata gorge, the water mills , a real open-air eco-museum!

Lunch in Korthi then return to accommodation - free time in the afternoon (beach, shopping, coffee, etc.)

Hiking time: 4h30 / 11km

OPTION: POSSIBLE VISIT TO AN ESSENTIAL OIL DISTILLERY / OLIVE OIL MUSEUM

Night Andros – Chora

Day 4: Tinos

In the morning, transfer to the port of Gavrio and departure for the island of Tinos with your hiking guide.

Arrival at your accommodation, relaxation time: meal, installation, etc.

Then go for a guided stroll through the historic town of Tinos with your guide during which you can watch the sunset. Meal in tavern.

Night Chora Tinos

Day 5: Tinos

After breakfast, you will discover the famous dovecotes of Tinos. Your guide will tell you all about these unusual houses and their role in the history of the island. Picnic break and beach break included concluding a very cultural hike.

You can then stay at the beach and return later (10 minutes on foot) or return to Chora. A meal in the tavern.

Night Chora Tinos

Day 6: Tinos

Departure in the morning, en route to Volax. This part of the island surprises with its mineral landscapes and "stone fields". You will take a historic paved footpath, with a magnificent view of the blue of the Aegean Sea. The hike ends at the village of Volax, where you can relax on the café terraces and visit the streets with traditional Cycladic architecture.

In the early afternoon, visit the "Kolimpithra" beach and swim.

Transfer back to Chora in the afternoon, free time then dinner at a tavern.

Night Chora Tinos

Day 7: Athens

Departure from Tinos according to ferry schedules. Upon arrival in Athens, transfer, accommodation at the hotel, and dinner.

Day 8: Departure *Possible Extension

In the morning (depending on your departure times) alternative visit to Athens with a guide: you will discover ancient history mixed with the contemporary realities of Greece, its hidden gastronomic treasures ...

After lunch, departure for the airport by private transfer.
