The Domain Gerovassiliou grows the vineyards and produces wine since 1981.
A few kilometers away from Thessaloniki, on the hills of Epanomi, this modern Domain that produces the famous wines is surrounded by beautiful and very well maintained vineyards.
The renovation of the Museum of the Wine of Gerovassiliou ended in 2008. This museum, unique in Greece, is located near the wine storehouses in the contemporary Domain.
Motivated by his passion for the production of quality wine and the promotion of our cultural heritage, Vangelis Gerovassiliou began from 1976 to gather diverse valuable objects coming from the whole world, concerning the vineyard, the wine, and the related domains
DURATION: 4 hours (half day)
Meeting with the guests in the hotels of Halkidiki.
Visit the Domain Gerovassiliou & Wine tasting: walk through the vineyard and the gardens & visit the museum with its unique collection of corkscrews. Attend the guided tour of the wine storehouses and taste the renowned wine.
Visit the Domain Marianna & Products tasting: Visit the vineyards and then tasting of wine, Tsipouro, and local liqueur.
Preparation of vine leaves by each.
End of tour - Departure Back to the hotels in Halkidiki.
