After a free morning, pick up and transfer to Gerovassileiou Winery Domain
Presentation, visit, and wine tasting: Indulge into an all-senses tour of the estate, starting by the winery then to the museum (with its impressive collection of corkscrews) followed by a wine tasting – of which the signature Avaton and Malagousia, from a grape reintroduced by Mr. Gerovassileou, no less! To fully appreciate the visit, we invite you to sit down on the beautiful covered terrace, overlooking the estate and its art sculptures.
Return transfer to Thessaloniki (a sensible adaptable hour to the group’s rhythm)

10:30 Pick-up at the hotel reception and walk-in Thessaloniki with your tour guide, including a stop at the covered market for coffee, shopping, and an informal visit of the city center’s main attractions with historical highlights
12:30 Free time for lunch, optional activities include a bike ride (EN guide), museums, SPA hammam…
16:00 In the afternoon, the group meets for a private cooking lesson, specializing in the Greek cuisine, where guests will have the opportunity to put their hands in the dough and participate more in the preparation of each Greek menu. The guests will learn the benefits of the healthy Mediterranean diet and the variety of ingredients and herbs of each region. All of this with a glass of wine at hand!
19:00 After cooking, we get to enjoy a hand-made, Mediterranean dinner.

Pick-up at the hotel and transfer to the airport > flight departure
